NOTICE OF DEATH
Jerry Lee Colglazier, age 64, of Roseville, MN, died on 1/5/08 after a long illness with emphysema. Graduated high school in 1962 in Edinburg, IN. Received Masters degree in photography from Appalachian State, Boone, NC. Preceded in death by father, Norman Colglazier, and nephew, Joshua Colglazier. Survived by mother, Ginny Evert (formerly of Jeffersonville, IN); brothers, David Colglazier (Laurie Root) and Bruce Colglazier Pappas (Mary Jane); nephews, Benjamin Colglazier (Wendy) and Eric Takemoto; and nieces Zoe Pappas and Rhea Pappas. A memorial service was held on March 22 in Golden Valley, MN. Memorials preferred: La Clinica, 153 Cesar Chavez St, St. Paul, MN 55107. Dr. Carlos Figari, Jerry's favorite physician, works here. (Yes, you can call him by his first name; Jerry insisted.) The organization does great things for those with limited or no income, limited English proficiency, and disabilities.
